The Dr. Jeanne L. Noble Delta GEMS (Growing and Empowering Myself Successfully) Institute for the Decatur Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated is now accepting applications for the 2023 – 2024 program year. This initiative provides innovative opportunities for high school young ladies, ages 14 – 18, to engage in meaningful, enriching and educational activities. The program runs from August 2023 until May 2024.
