Join the Decatur Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and the Delta Life Development Center, Inc. for brunch and panel discussion— featuring healthcare spokespersons, a dietitian and advocacy leaders on HIV and AIDS.
A portion of the AIDS quilt will be on display, specifically the panels from the quilt done by Delta LDC and DAC. The event will also include storytelling from family members and friends who have added their loved ones name to the quilt.
There will also be free HIV Testing onsite.

The quilt is presented as a tapestry that reflects the life stories of black and brown people who have died from AIDS. Each of the names emphasizes remembrance that yields conversations and commitment of the community to ongoing action.
